Change the screen brightness by clicking or using a keyboard shortcut. DimScreen is a small application that simply changes the brightness of your screens. In laptops, this is achieved with two shortcuts (Fn and two function keys); then on computers like desktops where those keys don’t work or don’t exist, DimScreen proves that it doesn’t require installation, the DimScreen executable can be in any folder like the startup folder. Right-clicking on the notification icon opens a menu for selecting brightness with ten different levels. To help you find the icon, DimScreen will automatically highlight (function() { (’review-app-page-desktop’); }); Keyboard shortcuts are very useful. They are configured in the Settings menu. They are a good replacement for function keys in laptops. In addition, DimScreen gives you the ability to select the brightness level that will be activated when the program starts.
